STÜSSY COMMUNITY

Terms of Service

Rules for using the Stüssy Community archive. By using the service you accept these terms.

Last updated: October 5, 2026 · Document version: 2026-10

1. What this service is

Stüssy Community (stussycommunity.com) is a free, community-built archive of Stüssy products. The service is operated by Archive by X Mateusz Marmurowicz, ul. Nakielska 144B, 85-391 Bydgoszcz, Polska, NIP (Polish tax ID) 9671475769, REGON 528385250 (the Operator).

It is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Stüssy. Product names, photos and descriptions come from the publicly available official Stüssy online stores and belong to their respective owners. We show them for archive and information purposes only.

There is no shop here: we do not sell products and do not broker transactions.

2. Your account

The service is free. You create an account only by signing in with Google.

  • You may have one account. The account is personal and must not be shared or resold.
  • The information you provide must be truthful.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of your Google account.

3. Nickname

Your nickname is public and appears next to your content. It must not infringe the rights of others, impersonate a person or a brand, or be offensive. You can change it no more than once every 7 days. The Operator may change or remove a nickname that is used for impersonation or breaks these rules, and ask you to choose a new one.

4. User content

User content includes collection and wantlist entries, votes, descriptions and comments and, when the feature is available: product photos (4 per product: the whole item, front tag, wash tag, detail) and outfit photos shown in the Community section and on your profile.

  • You keep ownership of your photos and captions.
  • You grant the Operator a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence, for as long as the content is published, to display, store, resize and technically process it within the service, including showing it in the archive. The licence does not cover selling the content or using it outside the service.
  • You declare that you own the rights to the content you add and that it does not infringe third-party rights (including copyright and trademarks).
  • If a person is visible in a photo, you must have their consent to publish it. Do not upload photos of minors without a guardian consent. Do not reveal personal data of others, private addresses or vehicle plates.

5. Prohibited behaviour and content

It is forbidden to:

  • publish unlawful content, including nudity and sexual content;
  • post hate speech, discrimination, harassment or threats;
  • present counterfeit or fake products as genuine;
  • post advertising, spam or misleading content;
  • upload malicious files or code, or disrupt the service (for example mass scraping or bypassing security);
  • impersonate others or a brand, or run multiple accounts.

6. Moderation and blocking

When the feature is available, photos, comments and information on where a given tag appears are checked before publication. A moderator may reject content or remove it later. We will give a reason and notify you in your account.

For breaking these terms the Operator may warn a user, hide or remove content and, in serious or repeated cases, suspend or block the account. You can report problematic content at hello@tcgpush.com.

7. Removing content and end of the licence

You can delete your content at any time, and you can delete your whole account in Settings. When content is removed, the licence in section 4 ends. Temporary cached copies disappear within a reasonable time, and backups are overwritten under the regular backup rotation.

8. Liability

The service is informational. We do not guarantee that product data (names, descriptions, dates, prices) is complete or up to date. Prices are indicative only. The service is provided as is and may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or failures.

The Operator is not responsible for user content before receiving a report, but after receiving one removes content that breaks the law or these terms. This section does not limit consumer rights granted by law.

9. Intellectual property and takedown requests

The layout, code and original elements of the service belong to the Operator. Stüssy trademarks, names, photos and product descriptions belong to their owners. If you believe content infringes your rights, including as the owner of rights in a photo or a name, write to hello@tcgpush.com. Say which content you mean and show your rights. The content will be removed or hidden after verification.

10. Ending your use of the service

You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in Settings. Deletion covers your profile, collection, wantlist, votes and sessions. The Operator may block an account in the cases described in section 6.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may change, for example when new features launch. Every version has a number. After a significant change we will ask you to accept it again the next time you sign in. Without accepting the new version you cannot keep using your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence are not affected.

13. Contact

All questions and requests (account, privacy, content removal): hello@tcgpush.com.
